NOPE!! I also exercise 4 days a week,an hour each time.....
but,i don't eat anything after exercise,just have water or tea without sugar!!
if you really wanna eat sth,got to wait for an hour at least after you exercise & better have less starch/sweets at night,that's the most important!!!!!!!!
i indeed lose weight.....so,i think,exercise is helpful!!
no rush,dear friend,it takes time......i didn't lose any in the first 1 or 2 months,so take your time,be patient!!!!!!
anyway,keep fighting.....GO GO GO^0^
